Cancellation
48 hour notice is required for all appointment changes. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in 50% of the missed service being charged to the card on file.
Confirmation and reminder messages are sent days before the appointment. Continuation of same day cancellations will require 50% deposit for future bookings after two previous defenses.
No-show
No showing your first appointment forfeits the ability to be a client.
If no-show occurs when an established client- half of the service will be due at time of booking on future appointments.
In the instance of multiple no shows you forfeit the ability to remain a client.
Late arrival
Please be on time to your appointment to ensure the best results from your stylist. Being more than 15 minutes late may result in shortened appointment time with responsibility of the original cost or rescheduling your appointment date and time. You will be contacted 5 minutes in your appointment to confirm arrival time.
Safety
In order to keep our guests and our team safe we ask that you read and adhere to the following standards:

If you’re not feeling well please reschedule appointment to ensure everyone stays healthy.

Please come alone to your scheduled appointment for body waxing, lashes, and facials.

Unless receiving a service we ask that children stay at home. With exception of age during a shorter service.
Refund
Services are not eligible for refunds as a thorough intake and sanitary precautions are taken for every client before and after.
Deposits may be requested for repeat cancellations and permanent cosmetic appointments. Deposits are not eligible for refunds.
Products are able for refund within 1 week of use for allergic reaction.
(switching to professional products can cause some break outs in problematic areas as the skin purges. Can take 2-3 weeks to settle and see changes of the skin)
