For those we have not had a facial at Amy's
The first time facial is for those starting their facial journey at Amy's. 1 hour long facial to break down the skin goals, products using at-home, and to test skin sensitivity.
Within this treatment after cleansing the skin a skin analysis will be performed. A skin analysis will go in-depth on what is happening on the skin from skin type, acne, pigmentation, texture, and review anything you see yourself.
Completion of those first two steps another cleanse to start targeting concerns will be performed. Followed by exfoliation, masking and upper body massage. Finishing with serums, moisturizer, and SPF.
All facials are all inclusive of what the skin allows. For this first time facial does limit what we can do to the skin as most treatments need to be worked up to. This facial can include the add-ins of dermaplaning, sheet mask, oxygenating treatments, appropriate exfoliation, multiple masks, sheet mask, LED, cold globe, high frequency, extractions, facial and neck massage.
Before you're off on your way a recommendation of a new skin routine with what you currently have or suggestion of products that will give the change desired. This new routine allows us to then continue achieving skin goals with at-home use.

Within the 30 minutes slotted for this skin treatment the focus is on the what can be achieved instantly. For some it may be texture, dehydration, or dryness that will walk out with a full transformation.
Other conditions of the skin like unwanted pigmentation, acne, and aging will have a treatment that shows transformation in the days following.

Acne effects everyone from early teen to adults. Acne is a condition of the skin which can be addressed with proper care.
The On-Going Acne Treatment is here to heal and prevent acne forming. Suggested to be seen every 2 weeks to get ahead of acne formation.
By being seen at every 2 weeks a custom at-home routine can be adjusted for best continued results. Acne generally has rooted causes from genetics, hormones, or product usage.

Microneedling

Enhance collagen production to firm, tighten, and rewind the skin. During this facial service microneedling creates controlled wounds in order to create the proper response of wound healing for that collagen and elastin production. Additional benefits of microneedling will reducing texture, unwanted pigmentation, acne, and aid in scaring repair. While in treatment two forms of cleansing will be performed followed by numbing of 5% lidocaine will be applied to reduce all sensation of the needles themselves. Face and neck are microneedled with saline solution to be the safest for the skin.
Book 90 minute mirconeedling to have is paired with light exfoliation or additional hydration based on your skin needs. This additional time could allow us to needle the decollete.
